Good to Know Before You Buy

• Billing: Annual billing only, and cancellation is available at any time from the client area
• Transfer: 5 TB counted outbound only and reset monthly. After the allowance is used, the port drops to 10 Mbps until the reset, and the VM is never powered off for bandwidth. Extra transfer is $2 per TB on request.
• Extra IPv4: Not available on the special plans
• Upgrades: Upgrading moves the service to a public plan at that plan’s regular price
• Refunds: Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of purchase
• Mail ports: Ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked by default and can be opened through a support ticket
• Usage policy: VPN use and legal P2P are allowed within your transfer. Crypto mining is not permitted, and vCPUs are shared, so constant heavy CPU load may be throttled.
